Imagine being able to take part in a healing system that is safe, drug-free, focuses on restoring normal function and utilizes the self-healing abilities of the body. 

If it were totally true the body is a self - healing organism, then no one would ever need a doctor.  What does happen and what causes structures in our body to break down has been mostly overlooked. What has been missed in health care until now is the understanding that bones can move out of place in a direction the body cannot self-correct because there are no muscles or groups of muscles that can pull the bones back in the direction needed.

If you think about the statement above, in it you will find the cause of most of the mechanical breakdowns in the human body.

In my opinion, the correction of these structures of the body that have moved out of place in a direction the body cannot self correct is a more profound form of treatment than chasing and treating symptoms. 

 

One of the secrets of the body that very few people understand is that when bones shift out of place in a forward direction, your body cannot fix them into the proper position. The reason is there are no muscles in your back that can pull the bones into the direction needed. Your body will instead twist somewhere to prevent you from falling further forward. When several bones shift forward multiple twists occur and your body no longer will stand up straight and your bones will no longer be able to hold up your posture. When your muscles are forced to hold you up you begin to waste energy on improper spinal biomechanics.
